Location: Den Bosch
Salary: € 1750,-
Contract: Direct employment after 6 months

The company supports european consumers with the installation and set up of video-editing software and with the return management process of computers. We are looking foor a multilingual 1st line Technical Support Engineer, with a native/near native command of Swedish and Norwegian.

The candidate:

• Has an education on MBO level
• Preferably has work experience in a customer service environment
• Has good typing skills and multitasking is not a problem for him
• Has a good command of English (both verbal and in writing) as this is the communication language of the company
• Likes variety in his work and is able to switch easily between projects/products
• Has computer knowledge on a user level
• Good command of any other (Scandinavian or European) languages is advantageous

We support two lines of products: consumer and professional. The products we support include network attached storage products, external hard drives, multimedia drives, and removable storage technology used for back up purposes. We provide our support throughout the world in the following languages: Dutch, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Turkish and Russian.
Support is provided via phone, email and chat. Chat is provided only in English.
Every member of the team must be able to do chat and therefore a good command of English is required.
