Contract: Direct employment after 6 months

We need customer service representatives (csr's) who have practical knowledge of networking. So non certified hobbyists with at home experience are very welcome. An extensive product training is provided by the company. In the future it will be possible to receive network training and/or become a network professional with official certificates and to grow within the company. We need a fluently French speaking candidate, with also a good knowledge of the English language. Dutch not necessary. Starting salary indication from of approximately EUR 1.800,- gross a month for fulltime, depending on the practical experience of the candidate.

The candidate:

• Has good troubleshooting skills which enable him to identify the client’s problem in a quick and professional manner
• Has good written and verbal communication skills and can explain things clearly to a computer illiterate but also to an experienced customer or professional.
• Has proven customer service skills, has experience in a customer service environment (experience in a catering position or teaching position is also considered valuable)
• Has good typing skills and multitasking is not a problem for him
• Has a near native command of at least English (both verbal and in writing) which enables him to chat with customers and to understand company communication.
  
  Understands that user knowledge of computers is not nearly enough for this position and has
  - proven technical skills (A+ certificate preferably)
  - basic networking knowledge (networking protocols, networking hardware)
  - knowledge of back up technology which is considered advantageous
  - good knowledge of operating systems (knowledge of Mac is advantageous)

For a European Contact Center, located near 's Hertogenbosch we are looking for al Support Engineer Home Networks. One of their clients, a market leader in computer connectivity products has outsourced their support in the EMEA region. The product range includes: Products for easy, dependable and fast access to the Internet Network solutions to enable all computers and laptops to exchange files and share peripherals and Internet connections. Connectivity products for easily connecting peripherals to computers and laptops Digital audio and video products. In this function you will be helping consumers and small businesses solve their product related problems and answering their questions. You will be doing this by phone, by email or on-line.

Our client is a worldwide leader in innovative storage and network security solutions for small businesses, home offices, consumers and others. We support two lines of products: consumer and professional. The products we support include network attached storage products, external hard drives, multimedia drives, and removable storage technology used for back up purposes. We provide our support throughout the world in the following languages: Dutch, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Turkish and Russian.
Support is provided via phone, email and chat. Chat is provided only in English.
Every member of the team must be able to do chat and therefore a good command of English is required.
