The conditions of employment are tailored to fit the company that you will be posted to. As somebody being posted you will have the same rights and protection as somebody who is directly employed by the company. We maintain posting periods of at least three months.

On the road to full time employment
Whilst being posted by Switchjobs you can gain a lot of knowledge and experience while working at different projects with various contractors. This way posting, if both you and the contractor are satisfied, can lead to permanent employment. You can always depend on our cooperation with this.
