Effective selection

We take great pride in the selection process of candidates and pay attention to everyone's presentation including taking a critical look at their CV, qualifications and education certificates. We obtain references and also ask that a general knowledge questionnaire be completed. This enables us to have a quick and accurate idea regarding the candidates level of experience and technical expertise. Occasionally at the request of the client, other specific tests will be initiated.
